Every item sold on this site is backed by our CA Graduation Satisfaction Guarantee. If
you are not completely satisfied with any in-stock item ordered on this site, you may
return unworn and unused items within 30 days of receipt for an exchange or refund. For
more information, please check the Return, Exchange and Cancellation Policy, as follows.


Return Policy

-All order issues must be resolved within 30 days of receipt of the order or we will not be able to accept the item to be returned or exchanged.
-All returns or exchanges require our prior authorization. Please contact sales@cagraduation.com for authorization and return address.
-All returned merchandise will be subject to a 10% repackaging, cleaning and restocking fee.
-A "Return Merchandise Authorization" (RMA) number must be obtained prior to return.
-Customized merchandise cannot be returned if it is not a company error.
-Estimated delivery dates provided at checkout are estimates only and cannot be guaranteed for a specific date or time. All orders are processed and
shipped according to the processing and shipping method selected by the customer. We are not responsible for any delivery delays if the customer chooses
an incorrect shipping method.

-When requesting the return of an item due to quality issues, incorrect size and color, handling delays and other company errors, you must send us photos or
other evidence that clearly shows the problem with the item received. Upon confirmation, we will resolve the issue as soon as possible.
-Please note that refunds do not include shipping costs; likewise, we will not cover shipping costs for returns and exchanges if the return is not our fault.
-If a return is authorized, we will issue a refund within 30 days of receiving your returned item.



Exchange Policy
-The main steps of the exchange are the same as the return policy. Please follow the instructions above. -If an exchange is acceptable, the correct replacement item will be shipped to you once we have confirmed that the correct item is being returned.


Cancellation Policy

-If an order does not ship, you may cancel the in-stock order. Once it leaves our facility, it cannot be canceled.
-It is not possible to cancel all custom items after an order has been placed, as the order was made specifically for you and cannot be resold.
-If you wish to cancel an order that has already shipped, you must mail it back after receiving the return order. Check the return policy for details.
-Please note that the original handling and shipping charges will not be refunded and it is the customer's responsibility to pay any returned shipping charges.
-If you refuse to accept an order after we have shipped it, the order will not be refunded unless you return it.
